does maven dependency plugin copy need implicite version?
I haven a project structer as: project/ pom.xml assembley/ pom.xml Them project pom has: <dependency> <groupId>com.aaaa.sdktest</groupId> <artifactId>sdktest-assembly</artifactId> <version>1.0.0</version> </dependency> And THe sdktest-assembly has some dependency such as b.bbb , I write the copy in assembly/pom.xml <plugin> <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId> <artifactId>maven-dependency-plugin</artifactId> <version>3.0.0</version> <executions> <execution> <id>copy-libs</id> <phase>process-resources</phase> <goals> <goal>copy</goal> </goals> <configuration> <artifactItems> <artifactItem> <groupId>com.xxx.xxxx</groupId> <artifactId>b.bbb</artifactId> </artifactItem> When a execute , it report error: Unable to find artifact version of b.bbb:b-bbb in either dependency list or in project's dependency management. My question is ? does dependency plugin resolve indirect dependency version? Should I have add it explicitly?
