Access Auto Updating Table from other Tables
I have three tables, FOO, BAR, BREAKS. I FOO I have multiple fields but three are 1,2,3. In BAR, I have other fields but also 1,2,3. Now, I have a make table query that creates, or simply another table called BREAKS, that compares FOO.1 to BAR.1, FOO.2 to BOO.2, FOO.3 to BAR.3 and creates a record when any of those do not equal the equivalent record based on the relationship of the primary key, KEY, between them. My question is this. I do not want to refresh or have to rerun the query to update the table every time new data comes in real-time from outside sources. I am trying to have a real-time table of the BREAKS. FOO and BAR are connected to Sharepoint lists for example so they are linked. Is there any way to have the table BREAKS update itself based on the other two table entries without me clicking rerun make table query, refresh, and running a macro. If not, I will probably make a macro to update that table every time the table is opened or an interval.
